There's no coincidence that every leadership development program starts with a module on self. The work of leadership is in figuring out how to best play, finetune, grow and harmonize our own instrument with others, and in helping other people do the same. This is the very purpose of this assessment tool – to evaluate a snapshot of our own and others' leadership effectiveness and how we may be able to grow.
